What is a Certified Association Learning Professional (CALP) ?
";The CALP designation is a competency based credential designed to prepare you to with knowledge and skill development necessary to lead digital learning content development and continuing education / professional development programs at the Enterprise Level.
How Certification Works
Candidates confirm eligibility, submit an application, complete the learning program, pass assessments and a capstone, earn the credential, and maintain certification through renewal and continuing education. Upon successful completion of the course (which includes the competency exam) participants receive a Certificate indicating their new designation as a Certified Association Learning Professional (CALP). Individuals who complete the Certification automatically become Associate Members of the E-Learning Collaborative and receive access to the E-Learning Exchange which provides the six hours of Continuing Education hours required for yearly renewal of the (CALP) designation.
