The E-Learning Collaborative is dedicated to promoting and recognizing excellence in Professional Societies and Trade Associations. In today’s rapidly evolving professional landscape, associations and societies play a pivotal role in facilitating lifelong learning and skill development among their members. 

Our mission is to help organizations improve quality, demonstrate excellence and increase E-Learning market share. The Collaborative is home to the only Credentialing, Certification and Awards programs dedicated exclusively to Professional Societies and Trade Associations.

The credentialing bodies that established standards for digital learning content and online programs in higher education do not address the unique role that Professional Societies and Trade Associations play in the lifelong learning continuum.

Quality Credentialing Program

The E-Learning Excellence Quality Credentialing Program is designed for organizations seeking to undergo the process of having a third-party review and credential their E-learning content.

Doing so can enhance an association's reputation, give their digital learning content and courses credibility and serve as a “mark of distinction”. 

Certified Association Learning Professional (CALP)

The Certified Association Learning Professional (CALP) designation is the only certification dedicated exclusively to professionals leading digital learning, continuing education, and professional development within Professional Societies and Trade Associations.

The program provides a structured pathway for developing the knowledge and skills needed to manage high-quality online and hybrid learning programs.

Design Services

Organizations seeking additional support may access instructional design consultation, content development assistance, course reviews, and implementation guidance designed to strengthen digital learning quality and support E-Learning Excellence.

Awards Program

The E-Learning Excellence Awards Program is the only recognition program dedicated exclusively to Professional Societies and Trade Associations.
